Firstly, we would like to apologise beforehand.

In the most inconceivable event, you have received a wrong item/order or you’re missing a product please contact us ASAP, with your order details.

In the email please include,

  1. your order number,
  2. The name of the product that was missing
  3. The name and photo of the incorrect item you have received.

As soon as we have received all the required information we will solve the issue immediately.

Once your order is placed, unfortunately there’s not much we can do once you’ve clicked the ‘Place Order’ at checkout.

We can’t make any changes to the following issues, such as shipping method, changing items, size or adding items. We can’t even change delivery or billing addresses.

If your address is wrong on the order once placed, you will have to contact the courier directly. You can update the correct address with them.

Don’t panic! The tracking process is usually updated with couriers every 24-48 hours. There may be additional delays during transit. Most of the time your order will be on its way to you, however if it has been over 7 days and your tracking hasn’t updated please contact us for support.

Don’t waste any more time! To get a Star Athlete Account follow these steps outlined

  1. Click onto the ‘My Account’ button on the Star Athlete homepage
  2. Select the ‘create an Account’ Link
  3. Complete the required fields and click ‘Create Account’

Once you’re all set up you can sign into your account, whenever to view your profile details, order history and a whole lot more!

You will receive an email once your order has been shipped captioned ‘your order is on its way’. Your tracking link will be available in this email. Additionally, you can log into your Star Athlete account and keep track of your order!

Already have an existing Star Athlete account?

  1. Log into your Account
  2. Check your current status of your order
  3. If your order has been completed and shipped, select the order
  4. Click on the tracking link provided to be directed

Orders cancelled after dispatch of the products will be refunded only when the items are returned to us and may be subject to a deduction for postage and packaging costs. Products must be returned within 14 days of receiving the package. Cancellations must be made by email

You, the customer is responsible for the safe return of Star Athlete products. Products should be returned in original and new condition; they cannot be returned if worn during a workout. However, If the size is incorrect before engaging in a workout session for fitting purposes; this is a valid reason for exchange. The products should not be physically damaged for example, any marks, scratches, defects or parts missing. Products should be returned ideally in original packaging. An additional postage and packaging fee may be applied for exchanging products.

Star Athlete Limited cannot take liability for products that may be lost in the post. Therefore, we recommend to use postal tracking services, or a service that insures you for price of the package.

Soon as the product(s) have been received within the allowed period, we will inspect the products to ensure that they are in a new condition. Once inspected, we will notify you via email of the returned product and process your refund.
