Claims for damage in transit, incorrect products and non-deliveries
It is the customer’s responsibility to notify us on any issues with their order. On the rare occasion, if you do not receive your order within the allocated delivery timeframe or upon arrival your order is damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. The enquiry window for parcel arrival should be requested within 7 days from your allocated delivery date confirmed on your tracking. If your enquiry is not requested within this timeframe, we will not accept liability for any issues outside the allocated timescale.
We shall accept no liability for shortages, non-deliveries, incorrect products and goods damaged on delivery outside the reported timescales. Except when extenuating circumstances have prevented notification within the allocated timescale. The extenuating circumstances must be by mutual agreement.
